Our Mission
The mission of the Brothers Building Bridges Leadership Program is to teach and develop sound character principles, educational competency, moral integrity, and cultural awareness in boys and young men. We will nurture and encourage them to become leaders within their communities and communities at large. We see the day in which they become highly principled young men that function in a responsible manner and attain personal achievement and become outstanding citizens.
-Signed by the Mayor Eric Adams, this citation was awarded to Brothers Building Bridges, for their dedication and commitment to serving the youth.-

Developing Character Education
Brothers Building Bridges will instill and promote core values and principles in the areas of conflict resolution, manners, social-emotional health, moral accountability, and civic responsibility. It is a process that will lead to young men becoming honorable members of their families and the community.
Leadership Development
Brothers Building Bridges will support young men in the area of effective leadership. Facilitators will teach the seven pillars of leadership; vision, goal setting, persuasive communication, negotiation, team building, group dynamics, and community service.
Support for Communities
Education happens within the context of a larger community. Our approach extends beyond the school to help ensure students have the necessary support to do their best learning.
